The coffee-table book "European Geoparks", a luxurious four-color 166-pages English edition of 2009, is the first book that refers to the principles and organization of the European Geoparks Network and its members.

The book guides its reader, through impressive photographs and specially edited text, to 32 Geoparks located in 13 European countries, their geotouristic and educational activities. It presents, for the first time, all the significant natural and geological monuments of Europe, thus allowing readers to browse through the geological time and get to know the geological evolution of Europe.
