Webinar “Educational activities for the nature of Lesvos"

The webinar “Educational activities for the nature of Lesvos" was successfully held, aiming of informing the teachers of Primary Education of Lesvos about educational activities on the nature of Lesvos and the possibilities of utilizing the natural wealth of the island in teaching.

The main purpose of the seminar was the promotion of the biodiversity or the Kalloni wetlands and in general the protected natural areas of Lesvos through the educational activities of the Kalloni Environmental Information Center for students of Primary Education.

On Thursday 17th December will also take place another webinar for teachers of Secondary Education of Lesvos, aiming at promoting the possibilities for educational activities regarding natural heritage of the island. During the webinar will also be presented in details the educational programs offered by the Museum and the Kalloni Environmental Information Center for students of Secondary Education, as well as the digital educational programs designed by the Museum.
