During the last weeks the Lesvos Petrified Forest Park of Bali Alonia, in addition to its impressive petrified trees of great scientific value, reveals to us another part of its uniqueness. It is a real botanical paradise, a natural garden with an amazing variety and a large number of endemic plants, that during their flowering period create an ideal location for the observation and recognition of the wild flora in the land of Theophrastus, which is considered the founder of the science of botany.
Thank you a lot Giannis Karatzas and Mixalis Bakas for the photographic material.
